- Deep-fried Ravioli are simple and easy to do at your next cookout. Try them with a dollop of your favorite mustard, (we love Pilsudski sciracha), topping, or sauce! AND Try grilling your pierogi! It's EZ! If you have a griddle or side burner on your grill - you're in business! Here's our fave way to prepare any of our pierogi styles on the grill:
- Slice onions
- Spray pan or griddle liberally with cooking oil
- Lay the sliced onions on the griddle or pan
- Set pierogi on top of the onions
- After a few minutes, add a little liquid and close the grill to steam
- When onions look carmelized and bottom of pierogi has nice color, spray or brush the top of the pierogi with oil and flip
- Brown the other side of the pierogi to perfection! ENJOY!

About Us:
We produce fresh ravioli, pierogi, and pasta weekly at Renninger's Market in Kutztown, PA. We have many different styles and locally-source our ingredients. We also make fresh pasta salads, soups, and prepared meals including homemade lasagne and mac & cheese.

All our ravioli styles include fresh ricotta cheese and all our pierog contain potato.
Our dough is made with semolina flour and water. We do not use egg in our dough and we are not gluten-free.
